Product Return & Exchange Policy

  • If you receive a defective or damaged item, you can request a return or exchange within 3 days of the order shipment date, at no additional charge. To process the return, we require that you provide a video of the package being opened, as we cannot accept responsibility for issues without this video documentation.

    • Manufacturer Defects: If the item is found to have a manufacturer defect, we will replace it after verifying the issue. For battery-operated items, please test them immediately upon arrival. If an item has been used, it is no longer eligible for warranty replacement.

    • Non-Returnable Products: Due to the personal nature of many of our products, we do not accept returns for items simply not to your liking. Before placing an order, we recommend reaching out with any questions or concerns about the product.

    • Exceptions: Some items, such as opened electronic media products (e.g., CDs, DVDs), batteries, and liquid products (e.g., oils, lubricants, toy cleaners), are non-returnable. If liquid items are damaged during transit, they are eligible for a free replacement, provided the request is made within a few days of the expected delivery date.

    • Exchanges: Replacement items can take up to 2 weeks to arrive. Shipping charges are non-refundable for returned or exchanged items.

    • Cancellation Requests: Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of placing an order. Once the shipment process has begun, cancellations will not be accepted. For special promotions or limited-time offers (e.g., Diwali, New Year, Valentine’s Day), cancellations are not allowed.

Product Availability & Stock Issues

While we strive to maintain accurate stock levels, some products listed as “In Stock” may not be immediately available for shipping. In rare instances, products may be sold out after your order has been placed, and we will notify you as soon as possible regarding any stock discrepancies.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible within 5-6 hours of placing your order, either by calling our support number at +918094415556 or via email at support@69Jewellery.com. If the shipment process has already started, we will not be able to accept the cancellation.

For time-sensitive promotions or holiday offers, cancellations are not accepted as these orders are processed with limited availability. We aim to respond to all inquiries quickly, but during busy times, there may be delays in communication.
