At 69Jewellery.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a defective or damaged item, you can request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order, at no additional cost to you.

Returns and Exchanges for Damaged or Defective Items

If an item arrives defective or damaged, we will gladly replace it after confirming the issue. To help us process the return, we require that you film an unboxing video of the package, showing the condition of the item from start to finish. Without this video, we will not be able to accept responsibility for the return.

Once you receive your order, please test any battery-operated items immediately. If the item has been used, the manufacturer will not provide a warranty or replacement.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the personal nature of many of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that are simply not to your liking. This includes items like lingerie and adult toys that have had direct contact with the body. If you’re unsure about a product, please reach out to us with any questions before confirming your order.

Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind after opening a product, it may be difficult for us to accept a return, as the item is likely no longer resellable. However, if you contact us within 3 days of receiving your order, we may offer you store credit equivalent to 50% of the purchase price, to be used on a future purchase.

This will depend on the condition of the item and is at the discretion of our customer service team.

Return Shipping Costs

If your return is approved, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Please ensure that the items are packed securely to avoid any further damage during transit.

Returns for Incorrect or Faulty Items

In the unlikely event that you receive an incorrect item, or one with a manufacturing defect, or if the item is dead on arrival (DOA), please contact us immediately. Returns for these issues must be requested within 3 days of receiving the package. We will process a replacement or refund as soon as we verify the issue.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused and will do our best to expedite the return process. We take quality seriously and conduct thorough checks before shipping to minimize such occurrences.

Once your return is approved, we will communicate with you via email regarding the status of your return. We’ll keep you updated throughout the process until your refund or replacement is complete.
